What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies depending on the product type, decoration method, and level of customisation. For fully custom manufactured products, MOQs generally start from 50–100 units per style.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. We offer both stock samples and custom development samples depending on your project requirements.
- Non-decorated stock samples may be available free of charge or at a minimal cost.
- Custom-developed physical samples generally incur a sampling fee starting from $100, as these are produced specifically through our manufacturing partners.
For approved bulk orders, sampling fees may be credited back or partially offset against production costs.
What is your turnaround time?
Production timeframes vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. On average:
- Sampling: 1–3 weeks
- Bulk production: 3–4 weeks
- Sea freight shipping: 3–5 weeks
- Air freight shipping: 1–2 weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and seasonal demand. Rush orders may also be available upon request.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Absolutely. Once your artwork and production specifications are approved, we can assist with repeat orders more efficiently.

What artwork file formats do you accept?
Preferred formats include AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files. Vector files are recommended for the best print quality.
Can you colour match my brand colours?
Yes, we can work with Pantone references to achieve accurate brand colour matching where possible.
Can I add custom labels and packaging?
Yes! We offer custom neck labels, swing tags, stickers, biodegradable packaging, and other branded finishing touches to elevate your products.
Fabrics & Sizing
What fabrics do you use?
We source a wide range of fabrics depending on the product category, including cotton, polyester, fleece, Lycra blends, recycled materials, and performance fabrics.
Can I choose my own fabric?
Yes — for custom manufacturing orders, we can source fabrics based on your preferred weight, composition, stretch, and finish.
Do you offer size samples?
Yes, sizing samples may be available prior to production depending on the product and supplier availability.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes — most orders can include a size breakdown across your selected range.
Shipping & Payments
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship across Australia and internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on order size, weight, freight method, and destination. A shipping quote will be provided before production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and selected online payment methods. Deposit requirements may apply before production begins.
What are your payment terms?
For most custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to commence sampling or production, with the remaining balance payable prior to dispatch or delivery.
Payment terms may vary depending on the project scope, order size, and client requirements.
Quality & Policies
Will I receive a mockup before production?
Yes — digital mockups and/or production approvals are provided before bulk manufacturing begins.
Can I return custom-made products?
As all custom products are made to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted. However, if there is a manufacturing fault or issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Do you check quality before shipping?
Yes — all orders undergo quality checks before dispatch to ensure consistency and accuracy.
