Order Minimums

• No minimum order for most products

• Fashion Jewellery: minimum 3 items, mix of any styles allowed

Order Processing Time

• In-stock: 1–3 business days

• Urgent orders: contact our helpful team to prioritise

• Custom-made: contact our friendly team for lead times

Shipping

• Shipped from Sydney via trusted couriers

• Use your courier account or have us arrange shipping

• Ownership & risk pass to buyer when collected

Payment Terms

• Currently all wholesale orders are COD (payment required before dispatch)

• Accepted: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal

• Future Option: Credit accounts may be available for approved regular stockists — we’ll notify customers when this opens

• Prices in AUD, excluding GST

Returns & Credits

• Shortages, incorrect Items, faulty or damaged items: replaced or credited if reported within 7 days of delivery (we encourage you to provide 2 - 3 clear images, your order number and a detailed description for fast processing)

• Change-of-mind: pre-approval required, 12% restocking fee, return postage at buyer’s expense

• Custom/special orders, decorated/original states changed items are considered final unless faulty.

• Slight colour, size, finish, or batch variations may occur and are normal

• Repeat orders: reference previous batch/sample for closest match

Product Availability & Backorders

• Out-of-stock items: alternatives, backorders, or credits offered

• Updates provided for smooth planning

Liability

• Not liable for indirect/consequential losses, including missed resale opportunities, due to courier delays or unforeseen events
