  • 2. Your friend saves $30 on their first purchase of $80+

    Use referral code at checkout and they will get instant $30 off.

  • 3. You earn 300 points after their order completes.

    Loyalty points are always accessible on the widget and can be redeemed at anytime via the loyalty widget.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 01/02/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Unstoppable Collective Referral and Points Program.
By participating in this program, or by sharing a referral code or referral link, you agree to the Terms and Conditions that apply to this offer.

1. Eligibility

  1. Participation is open to retail customers only who hold a registered customer account with Unstoppable Collective.

  2. Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in this program.

  3. Referred friends must be new customers and must not have previously placed an order with Unstoppable Collective.

  4. Each individual may hold only one customer account.

  5. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals made using multiple accounts by the same individual are not permitted.

2. Referral Rewards

  1. A customer who successfully refers a friend who subscribes, claims their rewards and completes their first order will receive 300 points.

  2. Points will be issued up to 10 days after the referred customer’s order is completed, provided the order has not been cancelled, refunded, or returned.

  3. If the referred customer’s order is cancelled, refunded, or returned for any reason, no points will be issued.

3. Referred Customer Offer

  1. Referred customers will receive a $30 discount code issued as part of the referral program.

  2. To use the $30 discount code, the referred customer’s first order must have a minimum order value of $80.

  3. The $30 discount code is valid for first orders only and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

4. Points Accumulation and Expiry

  1. Points can be accumulated and combined across multiple successful referr als or other eligible activities.

  2. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

  3. Points may expire if a customer account remains inactive for 12 months, or as otherwise determined by Unstoppable Collective.

5. Points Redemption

Points may be redeemed for gift cards according to the following structure:

  • 100 points can be redeemed for a $10 discount code with a minimum order value of $40

  • 300 points can be redeemed for a $30 discount code with a minimum order value of $80

  • 900 points can be redeemed for a $90 discount code with a minimum order value of $180

  1. Discount codes are valid for one-time use only.

  2. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred.

  3. Discount codes may not be valid on discounted items, bundles, or during promotional periods unless otherwise stated.

  4. Any unused value after redemption will not be carried over.

6. Viewing Points Balance

Customers can view their points balance by logging into their Unstoppable Collective account.

The points balance is displayed in the widget located at the bottom left corner of the homepage.

7. Fraud and Abuse

Unstoppable Collective reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke points or gift cards where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms.

Any attempt to exploit the program may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of points.

8. Marketing Consent and Communications

By participating in the Referral and Points Program, customers consent to receive communications from Unstoppable Collective relating to their account, referral activity, points balance, and reward notifications.

Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with the Unstoppable Collective Privacy Policy.

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. Program Changes and Termination

Unstoppable Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral and Points Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect points already issued, unless required by law.

10. General

  1. Decisions made by Unstoppable Collective regarding eligibility, points issuance, and redemption are final.

  2. Any tax implications arising from receiving points or discounts are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. These Terms are governed by the Australian Consumer Law.

  4. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
