Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you change your mind or something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Retail Returns (Standard Orders)

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a change of mind, exchange, or refund.


To be eligible for a return:

 • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them

 • All original tags must still be attached

 • Items must be returned in their original packaging

 • Include your receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

 1. Email us at hello@unstoppablecollective.com.au with your order number and reason for return

 2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions

 3. Pack your item securely — items sent without a return request cannot be accepted


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is:

 • Defective

 • Damaged

 • Incorrect


Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

 • 2–3 clear photos

 • Your order number

 • A detailed description of the issue


We’ll assess quickly and get it fixed for you.


Change of Mind Returns

 • Accepted within 30 days of delivery

 • Items must meet eligibility criteria above

 • Return postage is at the customer’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

 • Custom or special orders are excluded


Store Credit Bonus

Choose store credit instead of a refund and receive an extra 10% to spend on your next order — our way of saying thanks for shopping with us again!


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

 • Custom or personalised items

 • Jewellery that has been worn

 • Accessories that have been used or altered (e.g., tote bags, caps)

 • Sale items marked as final sale

 • Gift cards

Exchanges

We recommend returning your original item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

 • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval

 • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

 • Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
